In any case, the Owner shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

In the case of forums or similar spaces, messages reflect only the opinion of the User who submits them, who is solely responsible. Therefore, the Owner is not responsible for messages submitted by Users.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the Owner and the User shall be governed by current Spanish law. All disputes and claims arising from this legal notice will be resolved by the competent Spanish consumer and user courts and tribunals.

This website is intended for users over 18 years of age. Minors are not authorized to use our services and should not send us their personal data. The Owner assumes no responsibility for consequences arising from non-compliance with this warning.

13. SECURITY MEASURES – SSL

The Owner has contracted an SSL certificate (“Secure Sockets Layer”) for their website. This SSL certificate protects all personal and confidential information managed on a website, regardless of the data being transmitted—such as from contact forms to the server or data entered for newsletter subscriptions or protected areas.

The website address will appear in green, with the “https” protocol activated, which allows secure connections between a web server and the User's browser.
